Roles and Functions of the Management

- Look after the strategic plans/tactical plans and develop them. As well as the day-to-day functions of the business.
- Setting the target
- Organizing
- All the resources required, labor, capital, and costs are being organized to achieve the goals/objectives set in Planning is achieved.
- Commanding
- Authority for the managers to give instructions to the subordinates and carry out the organization's tasks.
- Coordinating
- Have to see to it, that all employees work towards the organization's goals. Teamwork
- Controlling
- They are seeing to it that all employees are performing up to the standards required to accomplish all of the goals and objectives. If employees are underperforming, management sees to it that they understand where the underperformance is happening and apply corrective measures.
